Welcome to Dawath Hai (an offering by Signature Plus). By accessing our website, booking our curated packages, or entering into an agreement with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully before finalizing your booking.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Dawath Hai provides premium, end-to-end event management solutions for Haldi, Mehendi, Birthday Parties, and private family events in Bengaluru. As specified in our tier packages, services include:

  • Venue coordination and alignment (with handpicked partner venues or client-provided spaces).

  • Event styling, themes, and decorations.

  • Multi-cuisine catering and live food/beverage counters.

  • Integrated audio setups, entertainment, and media services (where applicable by package tier).

2. BOOKINGS AND QUOTATIONS

  • Package Pricing: Package rates displayed on our website, flyers, or marketing materials are starting prices. Final quotes may vary depending on the specific event date, exact guest count, venue choice, and personal design customizations.

  • Booking Confirmation: An event date is considered officially booked and locked into our calendar only after a formal agreement is signed and the initial advance payment (retainer fee) is received. Verbal confirmations or inquiry form submissions do not reserve a date.

3. PAYMENT SCHEDULE

  • To ensure seamless procurement of fresh florals, catering supplies, and venue lock-ins, payments must be processed according to the timeline outlined in your specific booking invoice. Typically:

    • A non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking.

    • The remaining balance must be cleared prior to the event date as per the payment schedule specified in your contract.

    • Any on-the-day additions or sudden guest-count increases requested by the host will be billed separately and must be cleared immediately post-event.

4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

  • Because we book exclusive partner venues, fresh decorative materials, and specialized vendor teams uniquely for your date, our policy is as follows:

    • Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, the initial booking advance/retainer fee is non-refundable.

    • Rescheduling: Date changes are subject entirely to the availability of our partner venues and backend logistics teams. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing well in advance. Additional fees may apply based on venue terms and seasonal rate changes.

5. VENUE RULES, PERMISSIONS, & TIMINGS

    • Rules & Regulations: Clients and their guests must strictly adhere to the rules laid down by the designated venue (e.g., sound limits, music cutoff timings, property restrictions).

    • Damages: The client hosting the event assumes complete financial responsibility for any physical damage caused to the venue property, our decorative props, or equipment by their guests during the event.

    • Power & Infrastructure: While our Premium and Luxury packages include generator backups for smooth operation, Dawath Hai is not liable for structural failures or power grids belonging directly to client-sourced external venues.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

  • Dawath Hai (Signature Plus) shall not be held liable or responsible for failure or delays in executing the event due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
  • This includes acts of God, extreme weather conditions (unseasonal heavy rains disrupting outdoor open lawns), government regulations, strikes, or sudden civil disturbances. In such rare scenarios, we will work in good faith to adapt or reschedule the setup.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & MEDIA RELEASE

We capture our stunning setups to showcase our craftsmanship. Unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client in writing prior to the event, Dawath Hai retains the right to use photographs and video snippets captured during the setup and celebration for marketing, portfolio displays, website galleries, and Instagram/social media promotions.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of our services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We can design, cater, and execute the entire event at your private residence, ancestral home, or any venue you have already booked.

To secure your preferred date—especially for our highly sought-after poolside lawns and premium farmhouses during peak celebration and weekend seasons—we highly recommend booking 4 to 8 weeks in advance.

During your design consultation, our creative team will tailor the colors, fabric drapes, floral selections, and personalized signage to perfectly match your family’s personal aesthetic.

While our packages come with curated menu templates (ranging from classic starters and main courses to live counters), our culinary team will sit with you to customize a multi-cuisine spread that satisfies your family’s taste buds and honors specific dietary preferences (like strict vegetarian or regional cuisines).

 Yes, live experiential catering is our specialty! Our Premium and Luxury packages feature interactive live food counters, premium dessert spreads, and dedicated mocktail bars. For luxury experiences, we also offer professional live BBQ setups.

We plan for contingencies so you don’t have to. Our Premium and Luxury packages come with Generator Backup included, ensuring your sound systems, LED lighting setups, and food counters run uninterrupted throughout the celebration.
